Immigration is the biggest problem facing Britain
- The Labour Government has given us ten years of unlimited, uncontrolled, and indiscriminate immigration. This has placed an increasing burden on housing, transport and public services. It is driving wages down and housing and accommodation prices up. We must end unlimited and uncontrolled immigration.
- All new immigrants must be subject to health checks, and able to support themselves financially.
- There must be no amnesty for illegal immigrants.
Taxation
- Introduce a simplified flat tax system that enables workers to keep more of their income.
- Introduce tax incentives for small and medium sized businesses to enable them to expand.
- Reduce local council tax bills.
Law & Order
- Zero tolerance for crime and criminals.
- Cut the paperwork and bureaucracy that prevents police officers doing their jobs.
- Sentences must mean what they say.
- No amnesty for convicted criminals.
The National Health Service
- Re-organise and reform to cut operation waiting times.
- No care home fees for the elderly and no prescription fees.
Education
- Retain and expand the grammar school system.
- Abolish student top up fees.
A Referendum on the European Union
Most of Britain’s new laws now come from the EU, not our own elected Parliament in Westminster.
The EU costs Britain billions of pounds every year that could be better spent here.
The British people have not had a say on the EU since the last referendum, thirty-two years ago, in 1975.
In 2005 the French and Dutch people voted "No" in referenda on the proposed EU Constitution, and that should have killed it stone dead.
But the EU now intends to re-introduce the defeated Constitution by the back door, by means of a the so-called "Reform Treaty".
Tony Blair promised the British people a referendum on the Constitution but now the Government is back-tracking on that promise.
The new EU Treaty will affect you directly. More and more political power will be transferred to the European Union and your vote will mean less and less.
The EU already costs every man, woman and child in this country £873 per year—if this treaty is ratified it will be well over £1,000 per year.

- As your MP I will oppose this Treaty and campaign for a Referendum of the British people so that YOU can decide if you want it or not.
